In essence for those of us who gloss over blog posts from student journalists, because we all have a life to attend to, our government has essentially begun to get its shit together in its operations.
Wow.
A government agency and those in charge actually checking their facts and doing what they set out to do. It almost gives me the warm and fuzzies. Almost, seeing as the act needed to be organized oh, say, about 5 years ago?
